Tamil Wording For Marriage Invitation Card

success in Palma Nova!

Add to start the Palma Nova Half Marathon I was looking forward to several weeks, this place but in the Italian Friuli instead, in a historic fortress city, which for centuries was any attack stand. But the onrush of thousands of marathon runners (2,336), the 5,000-resident city peacefully conquered!

group photo before the start and strengthen
it was previously the target a fast half-marathon on a fast course to run (max. 1:49), so this project changed the Over the week was, and (because of my strong cold) even before the cancellation. I wanted to but then not supported and therefore a good run at the project friend, his wife bring under two hours to finish . A good decision, which gave me the pleasant fact for the first time without stress and without time pressure to go to a competition!

It was incredibly interesting to a half marathon from a different perspective and began to enjoy the fact that we are classifying us pretty far back. Before us a colorful image of thousands of runners, from the (huge) main course ran by one of the city gate, to take the 21.1 km through a romantic landscape, with many small villages in attack. Things that I usually do not perceive Sun My friend Guido supplied his wife - as required - with water and gels, while I made the front speed.

Da wir mehrere Personen waren, die gemeinsam nach Palmanova went, we met later at a good Italian meal and the one or another glass of wine. By sharing our experiences, we could end the trip. Turbidity was only the home that brought us heavy rain!

short to Mezza Maratona Palma Nova : The winner - a Kenyan (what else), with a time of 1:05:07! A visible proof that it is a very fast course also shows the average speed that was 4:52 min / KM . Since I was this time with a faster running a "stragglers" was.

Sudden Gush Week After Period

Running is colorful?

Miss Monster has a few days ago an article with the same title posted later but with a exclamation mark! I put the question. Also by the way!

background of history namely, the fact that there is little colorful running shoes are . I supplement the sense that running clothes are still very "gray" appears. Especially those for men! But anyway this is a problem of this species. Who found now and then the men's department of various fashion houses ransacked Mr. clothes in "dazzling" gray to black tones. Colourful variety is different! But I wear black like eh * laughs *!

Back to Eva's suggestion: At least the running shoe manufacturer could bring a little more color to the rotor life. And when I mean offenders watch you, then she is right. A few examples: Asics
Duomax - gray / white
Mizuno Wave Alchemy 8 - gray / white
Asics Foundation - gray, with subtle red stripes
Kajano Asics Gel - gray / red (really loud, over the other)

complication is added by me but that I have sinking, spreading and other feet. Moreover, they are wide and high instep I still have! So the choice is with me always limit a little. This fact has the professional track of my confidence led "Running Coin at our first meeting with the statement that" with you at all de Füass grod geh'n can is always a miracle! A connoisseur! Since then, I like it! Oliver Muenzer my view is the best and most sympathetic Running dealers in Austria and was formerly repeated Austrian record holder in the 800-meter run !

conclusion to restate the objective of this report. I therefore support Eva's action , intended to encourage manufacturers to make running shoes (and running clothes) to something more colorful. It is interesting, however, that it on this topic, "counter-movements" are like here at "gutefrage.net is read. Thus, even in a history of Johan Peter Hebel: "It did all the right people is an art that no one can!" Uh, still love Manufacturers - more courage in your creations!

Texting Walkie-talkies

autumn runs

Diesen wählte ich für the autumnal "photo session" (click on the image below) from. And I took one of the few routes under 10km, because otherwise I would have spent several hours with it.

The run course on the Murau mountain offers many a variety and is also well suited for hikers. In addition, parts of the Hemma Pilgrimage perform here. Busy people have set numerous little bench, inviting in beautiful places to rest. A station has to pause the Chapel Black / Mother of God " , reached via different paths and get to the source, many citizens of the city very special drinking water.

The memories of these and many other runs, I can not play in pictures, but they give an insight into the wonderful world of running and in parts of my small and livable home town of St. Veit .

THE ILLUSIONIST

UK / France
90 min.
directed by: Sylvain Chomet
written by: Sylvain Chomet , based on an original screenplay by Jacques Tati
produced by: Last Bob & Sally Chomet
animation: Laurent Kircher, Thierry Torres Rubio, Nic
Debray, Victor Ens, Antonio Mengual Llobet, Charlotte Walton, Sandra Gaudi,
Javier Martin Lapeyra & Manuel Garcia Galiana

The illusionist is one of a dying breed of stage entertainers. With emerging rock stars stealing his thunder in the late 1950s, he is forced to accept increasingly obscure assignments in fringe theatres, at garden parties and in bars and cafés. Then, while performing in a village pub off the west coast of Scotland, he encounters Alice, an innocent young girl, who will change his life forever.
Watching his performance for the excited villagers who are celebrating the arrival of electricity on their remote island, Alice is awestruck by his show and believes his tricks are real magic. Though they don’t speak the same language, the two lonely strangers quickly bond through small kindnesses. Fascinated by the illusionist, Alice stows away on his departing ship and follows him to Edinburgh. There, they quickly fall into a father-daughter relationship, with Alice keeping their home at a boarding house for vaudevillians while he goes to work in a small local theatre.
Enchanted by her enthusiasm for his act, the illusionist rewards Alice with increasingly lavish gifts he has ‘conjured’ into existence. Desperate not to disappoint her, he cannot bring himself to reveal that magic does not exist and that he’s driving himself to ruin working all night jobs to buy her gifts.
As the illusionist grows older, Alice grows up. She falls in love with a young man and is no longer so enchanted by the illusionist’s conjuring. She moves on with her life, and the illusionist no longer has to pretend. Untangled from his own web of deceit, he resumes his life as a much wiser man.

Cervical Mucus Eggwhite With Blood

daily runner, an experiment!

Sometimes I try to exhaust certain things a little. Whether it be for business, private, or sporty. By the way, a particularly pronounced in men property. Since this is a running Blog, of course, only the latter may be intended. But what?

git in the ranks of the great running blog family is one that runs daily, Black Sensei say the good man and the end of October written a report on that he practiced this for 11 years! Then there are athletes who train every week 200KM and more. Is that possible? How does this affect the body? Would something for me? That's what I wanted and decided to run daily for a week! As always I am used to complete more than ten kilometers per barrel and Sundays always about twenty miles, so it should be an above average running week. More, they even began after a long Sunday run!

So I reeled down every day so my running unit. I got the benefit of this wonderful Herbstwetter (bildhafte Impressionen eines solchen Laufes gibt's in der nächsten Geschichte).

It would be for me to have to run "too stressful every day and I'd probably to Joy - lose - on the beloved sport of me. I am a dedicated amateur runner, who for his age is still quite agile, and I remain an amateur runner who takes his rounds 3-4 times weekly!

How has the effect, however, on the, now two weeks from taking place, Palma Nova (Half) Marathon is another story. But as already mentioned, specific training has never been my thing. And I have to win it anyway ....!
